Push-up Plunge

Simple, effective, low maintenance.  The versatility in push-up variations makes this exercise truly exceptional.  Time needed is minimal, results are tangible.

100 push-ups in a row.  I am not looking at this as a “goal” or as a “target.”  I figure that 100 push-ups in a row is reachable fitness level that will have self evident results.  There are many already established workouts guiding one to performing 100 pushes in a row.  I don’t need to re-invent the wheel, its already spinning.

I found this guide to have some really good information.  He has laid out some reasonable expectations, that I did not think of at first.

http://www.mensfitness.com/training/build-muscle/test-yourself-do-100-pushups … A non-complicated approach to the challenge.  With only 1 day off a week following this format, I can see this getting old real fast.  I do like the muscle endurance this format is training.  A factor that matter to cross the finish line.

I will continue to post on this plunge, and address my key concerns as I go.

Tomorrow I will start my push-up test.
